Our Omni Wellness Group Primary Care is led by our team of Nurse Practitioners, Rosemary, Marjorie and Nichole, each are experienced providers specializing in family care.  Their backgrounds include expertise in nursing, home health, occupational health, and Urgent Care.  Our Primary Care team provides ready expertise and convenient appointments as well as 24×7 care through our QuickCare app, for when life does not follow a schedule!

Additionally, several point of care lab tests are available on site to reduce cost and the need to schedule appointments at separate lab locations.
